Each week of this fundamentals journey is centered around a different physical focus, to build confidence and strength in our asana practice. Yoga history and philosophy will also be woven through the recorded live practices in a non-dogmatic way, ensuring we can see these principles in motion.

What's Included

This fundamentals journey is a combination of recorded live practices with Q&A, pre-recorded classes,short videos and PDF's so that you can learn at your own pace!

Full length recorded live classes with Q&A

These recorded live classes are the cornerstone of the course! This is where we get in to the nitty gritty of some of the poses in greater detail, and where the students of the lives ask some handy questions!


Each week's studio recorded class has a PDF attached detailing the focus of the week. They will also take a look at the history and philosophy of the practice.

Recorded content

Each week there will be a 30-40 minute class in line with the theme for that week, as well as short tutorial videos. This is a great way to squeeze in a practice, and either cement your learning from a previous week, or prepare for the full length recorded class coming up!
