This vinyasa practice centres around trikonasana - triangle pose! We're focusing on the feeling rather than the shape and will take lots of different variations to help find it! \ This class is a live recording.

This is our second ladder flow practice in recent weeks! This one follows a slightly stricter pattern of adding a new pose,( rather than sequence) each time we flow through. Remember each vinyasa is optional and to rest and customise wherever you need!

This practice focuses on the transitions rather than the poses themselves! Moving slowly to build strength - with a 15 minute stretch at the end of practice.
